Art Handling Works
2011–

The Art Handling works are 35mm photographs of the hands of various professionals in the process of manipulating art objects (such as during installation, writing condition reports, restoration, or packing), or engaged in activities surrounding the distribution, production, or display of said works.

Titling Convention:

The date attributed to the work is the year of its first exhibition, which is separate from the production date included in the work’s title. A final description of the work, for example one that would appear on a wall didactic in an exhibition space, might read:
